Bio:
I am a Captain with Truckee Fire District/Assistant Training Officer. I have been with the District since 1996. Truckee is a small mountain community of about 20,000 just north of Lake Tahoe in California. Most of our busy periods are centered around tourism especially durning summer and winter months when our population can swell over 100,000 during the holidays and weekends.
I have been in the fire service for 21 years in one form or another, Sacramento City, CDF (Cal Fire), USFS and a Paramedic since 1994.
Worked private ambulance out of Reno,NV and Chico, CA.

Nice Guy vs Not so nice Guy.

First time so go easy on me. I am a relatively new company officer (3 years now) and I am looking for some advice. I am a nice guy and feel lately that it is hurting me as a company officer.
