Bio:
Larry Sagen is the founder and Executive Director of FIRE 20/20™, a research and education non-profit helping fire departments to increase their outreach efforts and enhance emergency services, fire and life safety programs and recruitment efforts in multicultural communities. Prior to forming FIRE 20/20, Larry worked with departments throughout the US and Canada in the areas of entry and promotional testing and teamwork training. Larry has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis.
