Kyle currently works as the Managing Director of PreventionLink Service for TargetSafety, a private California corporation providing online, turnkey solutions to Fire and EMS organizations that seek to increase training, communication, consistency and greater compliance. As one of the original four members of the start-up in 1999, Mr. Kaechele's responsibilities have involved developing strategic partnerships, training and driving the sales team, and developing the sales process, annual goals and quotas. Prior to joining TargetSafety, Mr. Kaechele worked on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange trading commodities, futures and options for a major brokerage firm. Mr. Kaechele is an active member of the Lincoln Club of San Diego, sitting on both the Legislative and Political Action Committees. He also chairs a campaign for a California State Senator.

Please allow me to invite you to a site designed by responders for responders... the crew that is doing it is CISM multilevel trained and are there for the guys after the bad calls. It helps the responders that do not yet have a team or would be worried that they asking for help would be seen as weakness. Please join and share it when you can. As a chaplain with over 25 years of service to fire departments I am excited with it's potential to provide support.
