Hey John,
We use FH software to actually track our training, one of the problems with using a passport is tracking hours for an entire department can be hard without exporting everyones passport info into an excel spreadsheet. You need someone sharp with excel that can do that...and thats not me! Its a great tool for a one hosue fire department though, and for individuals at the company level. Together with excel it could be used as the main training document for each individual and department. I got this from Chief Stumpf. I attached it to the comment, let me know if you got it.
