Jim is 32 year veteran of the fire service,( Orange County Fire Department Orlando Florida) where he served as Firefighter, Paramedic, Flight Medic, Engineer, Company Officer, Training Officer, Senior Instructor for Orange County Command and Tactical Training Center,(credentialing company officers, battalion chiefs). Jim also served on many Type I & II IMT deployments, including serving as Deputy Incident Commander for hurricane Katrina, Waveland Mississippi.
