24 firefighters from South Bend, Clay Fire, Fishers, Carmel, INTF-1, Westfield , Vincennes Township and Evansville Fire Departments are participating in a structural collapse technician level train-the-trainer. This 80 hour course is being conducted by the Indiana Firefighter Training System funded by a federal grant from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
