Tollway Street sweeper crossed in front of semi tractor trailer for first explosion, then the tractor trailer slid to the inside barrier where it was hit by a pick-up for the second explosion and fire. Semi, pick-up and sweeper chase dump truck fully involved. On Tollway bridge, water problems etc. Shocking, no injuires.
