Bio:
Dan Rice has been a member of the Bladensburg Fire District since 2000 starting his career as a junior firefighter. Upon completion of his high school career Dan attended Hocking College where he received certification as a firefighter level II, EMT-Basic, and Wildland Firefighting, along with multiple other college courses. Certifications for Dan include Firefighter II, Paramedic, CFSI, Ohio FOI and FOII. He is employed by the City of Mount Vernon, and volunteers as an Asst. Chief of the Bladensburg Fire District. Future plans for Dan include completion of an associates and bachelorette degree in fire science. He hopes to encourage firefighters both young and old and continue to motivate everyone to become masters of the craft/
