Bio:
Began my journey as a firefighter in 2005 after I graduated High School. While volunteering I earned my state certification and started working full time for Donalsonville Fire Department in 2006. I took as many courses as possible to gain knowledge and experience. In 2008 I received NPQ Fire Instructor 1 and Live Fire Instructor. I started as an adjunct instructor teaching basic firefighter, FF1 and FF2, and currently assisting with numerous training exercises in Southwest Georgia. I’m a member of SOWEGA Fire Chiefs Association and SOWEGA Training Group. Finishing up a Fire Science Degree and will be pursuing B.A.S. in Fire Service Administration. I’m currently a firefighter and acting officer with Donalsonville Fire. I like to think of myself as a student of the fire service. Teach the step below me and Reach for the step above me. Perform with confidence and take the shape of a sponge on every single training event and incident no matter the size.
