Dave McGlynn has over 20 years of experience in Fire & Emergency Services in both Municipal & Federal Fire Departments where he has served as a Firefighter, Driver/Operator and Company Officer. Dave served as a Station Captain for the Carlisle Barracks (PA) Fire Department at the US Army War College as well as was the Training Chief for the West Point (NY) Fire Department at the US Military Academy and is currently an Assistant Fire Chief for the Letterkenny (PA) Fire Department. He is the Lead Instructor for “Passion in Leading” & “Building a Training Network” and "So You Want To Be a Training Officer! Do You Have What It Takes?" Along with being a Fire Instructor and Public Speaker Dave is also the host of the Fire Engineering Podcast “Networking for Success” as well as a regular contributor for Fire Engineering and one of the Featured Presenters at FDIC International.
