What is the difference between Transitional Fire Attack and the Blitz Attack concept ???

Checking my files I found that the are very similar o just the same.

Transitional Fire Attack

In my limited understanding, the difference is as follows:
Blitz Attack
Upon arrival, we attack the fire through an open window or door with a deck gun or master stream device quickly and after a quick kick in the mouth, we go interior with handlines
Transitional Fire Attack
Upon arrival, we attempt an aggressive interior attack and due to worsening condtions, we pull out and sucker punch him in the mouth with a deck gun or master stream just to let him know we're serious and then we go back interior once condtions improve
