The United States Fire Administration (USFA) has received notice of the following firefighter fatality in OH.

It is with deep regret that I post the following USFA official line of duty death announcement of fellow brother Lieutenant Edward Teare. Our sincere condolences go out to the family and the members of the Independence Fire Department.
