Where firefighters come to talk training

Hello everyone

I need specifications on NFPA 1710. At chapter 3) it is said that the FD must be able to establish a effective water flow application rate of 300 gpm from two handlines each of wich shall have a minimum of 100 gpm. Does this applie to high rise building? Do we have to establish two handlines from PRV'S in the building?. If not what, is the minimun water flow requier in high building?
