Personnel Concerns, Care and Morale on scene and around the station in cold weather

How do you take care of your personnel in cold weather? Do you provide extra stuff to keep them warm and have them wear it before leaving the house? Do you carry extra gloves, nomex hoods on apparatus? How do you keep you firefighters warm on scene? Do you provide them training on taking care of themselves in the cold and awareness of cold weather injuries and prevention?
