Where firefighters come to talk training

Howdy all. I`m new to FE.

I`m just an old guy returning to EMS after being away for 19 years. I work for a non-profit ALS/EMS agency in the central Michigan area. The agency is the sole EMS provider in a 10 county area. Like any agency, it has it`s good and bad but overall is a great place to work. The division I work in covers 3 counties. For the most part they are fairly rural. We do have a MAC college in one of our coverage towns. Depending on the city, villiage or town we are running in, we may have vollunteer rescue or no rescue at all. Fire protection for all but 1 city is all volunteer (paid per call) departments. Most do a great job, some are less than "on things".

Just sayin` Hey...
