- 35 years of emergency services experience as a firefighter, EMT, and fire officer. Currently serve at the Terrorism Response Training Coordinator for the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute. Responsible for direct delivery of WMD and hazmat training, NIMS compliance training, and ICS training. Also manage distance education programs offering on-line training opportunities. Part-time faculty with University of Maryland with Emergency Management, Homeland Security, and Fire Science curriculum.
