I keep looking for ways to stay on top of the "game". I am truely impressed with this site so far. Any other secrets I find I'll be sure to pass along....feel free to do the same.
I would definitely get one of Chief John Salka's "First In, Last Out; Leadership Lessons form the New York Fire Department." You can get a copy of it through www.FireEngineeringBooks.com
Take a look while you're at their website and you'll see a bunch of great books and DVDs. It will be hard to pick one over another but you do good with any of it. It's all very good!!
Be safe brother and hope to meet you soon.
Take care,
