I LOVED being a fire dispatcher/supervising dispatcher. Being a part of the FDNY even as a civilian back then was great. I would have stayed there rather than becoming an NYPD cop but the pension stunk. As fir the FDNY FF job, I took the test and when I finally got called I was already on PAPD and there's no leaving there!!
Talk soon.
Barry
pop back in on the fd/pd thread. I didn't understand your last post. I think/thought we are/were on the same page. Perhaps my last post makes things a little clearer.
THANKS!! Barry
Thanks for your kind words. Yep, that is me and Kitty. What a great person. I love that guy!
Be safe and take care.

Looking forward to talking with you some time. Tiger is trying to get me out your way to do some training programs at some point. Stay safe....
Say hello to Tiger for me.....

I am coming up to Buffalo, Kennmore in a few weeks, shoot me you number and maybe we can get some coffee or ride out on a few calls.

Small world! I left MCFD after almost 10 years as a Captain. I was out of station 4, my last 6 years and have many great memories. As much as I would love to stop and get a tour, my wife and three kids would probably kill me. We drive from Spring Hill, TN to Syracuse, all 902 miles in a day. Anyway, I appreciate you taking the time. Please look me up if your department ever needs anything!
Greg
Love your top issues. That's the best.
You better hope nobody sees that, they might do you a favor and kick you out...
