Bio:
Born in 1978, have had a job other than the fire service and know the value of such work. I realize that this is the greatest job in the world. I respect the job as well as love the job. I feel that the Fire service family is one of the greatest assets to this job and should be respected as well. I enjoy tinkering in technology and have been known to be a bit of a tech geek, but I have mechanical skills in my blood as well, must be my fathers work as a mechanic. I have three awesome children and a loving and understanding wife. I work on two departments and am still employed at my original department and hold the rank of Station Captain after 12 years of service. I am a career FF/Medic at my other department and have been on staff there since 1998. I wish all of you a safe and enjoyable journey in this profession of fire and emergency services.

Hey Capt, Welcome to the community. We could use your input in one of the Hazmat groups here. Also, I am sure your input in the FireEMSforum would be welcome as well.
