Hey Jimbo...Just a word of encouragement...Any company will be better having you on the roster. It is an honor to have someone of your caliber on the board, and we look forward to having you.

Yea, I missed being able to get over there. Trying to figure out where we are at with the new responsibilities and all. I saw a short you tube video performance in front of the hall that was pretty cool.
Hope it went well and I look forward to seeing you guys soon...

Thanks Jim -

That's great to hear that we're not as crazy as we thought we were. LOL

I'd greatly appreciate it if you could send me any supporting materials from the symposium.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for getting back with me. Great plug for the Chief's book. I've been meaning to get it anyway. Take care....

Thanks for the kind words. If I could guess on your friends from Clearwater it would be Doug Swartz and Pete Georgantas? I was the Special Ops Chief responsible for the Honor Guard and a member of the Honor Guard. I've got a question for you? Chief Lasky mentioned a dedication program for new apparatus. Any chance I could get a copy? We are putting some in service and wanted to start this tradition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean Seminole in Pinellas County, I am 45mins south. I'll look into the name, it doesn't ring a bell, but I am awful with names. I reconize people and just say "I know you" :)

I am a member of the Terre Haute Fire Dept honor guard. we currently have 5 members, and wear the Departments Class A's with the only thing different is red shoulder cords, and an honor guard badge are added. we are currently trying to build with our new administration, we had almost 0 support from the last administration. We are looking to a lot of other departments right now, trying to come up with some procedures, and rule for what type of funerals get what services. its great to hear a little about other departments. Please do Jim. Let me know how it goes.

Lead them back to the blog to leave some feedback.

I'd love to attend the symposium but don't currently have the means to do so.

Best of luck. Stay in touch.

Stay safe. Train often.
