Bio:
Doug serves fulltime with a Metro Atlanta Fire Department and volunteers within his rural community. His duties include coordinating training in special operations, fireground management, firefighter survival and live fire exercises. He is a lead instructor for various special operations programs with the Georgia Fire Academy, including the elite Georgia Smoke Diver Program. He is a principal member of NFPA’s Special Operations Protective Clothing and Equipment Committee and has taught the Confined Space and Live Fire Instructor HOT Programs at FDIC since 1997.
