I am a 35 y/o FF/PM that has been with the City of Pompano Beach for 8 years. I have taken numerous classes to further my career and was promoted to D/E on 11-23-07. I continue to take classes to continue to move up the chain. Next obstacle is becoming a Fire Lt. then to either EMS Captain or Battalion Chief....(long term)
