My humble thanks to Ron Kanterman for quoting me from a training class a few years ago. The quote I used in that class should best be attributed to Retired Deputy Chief Paul Anderson from the Randolph Massachusetts Fire Department.

Just goes to show you how often I have been checking the page! Sorry about the delay answering. I saw you on TV at the tanker fire. Looked like a nice job, but that would never surprise me from that department. You realy lucked in with that group! They are exceptional.
