FF VRS Harness and Attachment Options for Victim Rescue - PART 1

This and the following video (Part 2) will discuss and demonstrate the Harness and Attachment options when using a VRS (Versatile Rescue System) to extract a Victim (Civilian or fellow FF) from a hostile environment. The type of Harness or Attachment Technique used is based on 3 Factors: Status of the Victim, Fire Conditions at the extraction point and how much Time is available to effect the Rescue. In this video (PART 1) we will show how the Rescuer can attach to the Victim when Fire Conditions don't allow enough Time for rigging a Harness.
