Well said indeed. Many have a deep seated loyalty, and we all must be careful not to take advantage of that precious trait. God bless you all and be safe.

I have always believed the greatest leaders don't lead they are followed!

When I made Captain, I put this up in my office so that I would never forget this little tib bit.  It is a very important fact to remember. If your crew/s respect you, your honest, and fair The shifts run a whole lot smoother.

Officers are due a certian amount of respect do to their rank but,respect from their crew must also be
erned
