Where firefighters come to talk training

What is leadership? What does it look like? What does it walk like... sound like? For most of us, we know a good leader when we meet them. They have a certain magnetism and charisma that just makes people gravitate toward them, and if they're true and deserving, we follow - not blindly, but willingly. My friend EJ Mascaro was one of those leaders - true, trustworthy, passionate, genuine!

I had the honor and privilege to attend in his last class and I sketched out the concept from one of many brilliant insights into leadership from his military mindset. I couldn't find the lines to draw this cartoon until recently. I hope I did him proud!

EJ's presentation at the Northern Ohio F.O.O.L.S Survival Conference on January 14th, 2017.
