Great historical sourcing, and it proves again that putting enough wet stuff on the hot stuff puts the hot stuff out.

However, where is the 2 in 2 out policy, it looks like incorrect turnout geat, no SCBA? luckily there were no codes, standards, norms, etc. that required obligatory compliance.
