The drill is two firefighters enter the basement via the exterior bulkhead stairs to locate a firefighter in trouble. When they locate the downed firefighter, their primary egress is cut off and they become trapped in a partitioned room. (The interior stairs and exterior bulkhead were cut off) All three firefighters must exit via an 18" basement window. The basement has a washer, dryer, and table which can be relocated to assist with extrication. The firefighters must exit before they run out of air.
