Tactics, size-up, command and control, accountability, etc. It shows the need for a positive change in the Fire Service and why very day is a training day and a learning experience.

Looks like a definite need for training in size-up and basic fireground tactics, along with use of PPE for everyone on the fireground. Lessons for all of us here.
