John, my name is Edgar Hughes, I work with Bolingbrook F.D. in IL, and I am a Shift Training Lt. I heard that you have put together training for dispatchers in your city. I am attempting to try to do this for the first time at the end of the month, trying to bridge the gap between them and us. Any advice or a website you know of where I could get info to create a program would be most appreciated. Any tips you got would also be great.
Hey there John, I was just contacted earlier today about an extrication class I believe in the Spencer area, is this one of the classes that was pushed back? If so when is the new date for this class?

Last night of the convention - quiet here in Minneapolis so far.
How's the "battle" shaping up? Did the materials prove to be useful? Anything else I can do to help you guys out? LMK.
