Thanks for the add, Erron. We met briefly last year at FDIC. We discussed the fitness webinar you did for FE a couple years ago. Maybe we'll run into each other again this year.

Stay safe brother.

Hey Bro of course! I am working on some research rihgt now for my fitness class at FDIC there are three options I recommend for what you want! You can do a conventional 5 day a week weight lifting program plus cardio for weight loss, Do P90X, or a Punch kettle bell work out routine! I think the Punch Kettle Bell program is best because it allows you to build lean body mass, push your cardiac threshold and increase flexibility in a 30 minute high intensity routine 2 to 3 times a week with moderate recovery exercise on the off days. Of course what ever you choose for your workout program diet is extremely important I would suggest seeing a nutritionist! Forward me your email address and I can send you some more information!

Erron. Awesome to "see" you here, I saw the updated WCRS page and figured you were well. Imagine the family is too. Glad you made the fire service your career. What shift did you end up on? Tell those B-Shifters I said hey and keep your heads down.

Hey Erron, I just joined this thing and what a cool suprise to see you here. Man thanks for great Gator perfomances!!! You don't remember me, but we worked the boat plant fire in Archer together....well not together, but we were both there. I work for ACFR at Station 16. Anyway, good to see you fanning the flames and flamming the fans! Stay safe.
