FDIC Smoke Symposium
For all who missed the Midwestern Smoke Symposium, the CPTC will host a 4-hour Smoke Symposium at FDIC on April 19. For details: http://www.fdic.com/index/conference/2010-workshops.html. Instructors include Rob Schnepp, Frank Ricci, Kevin Reilly, Mike Gagliano and Bruce Evans. This is NOT to be missed.
Also, for those who haven't heard, another firefighter was saved from the toxic impact of smoke inhalation. The Cyanokit did its job. Details: http://firesmoke.org/index.php?option=com_ccboard&view=postlist....
The CPTC is also creating a national database of departments carrying the Cyanokit. In preparation for a new SMOKE publication, if you have a Cyanokit save to share, please email me: shawn@firesmoke.org.
