The U.S. Fire Administration (USFA) has received notice of the following firefighter fatality: CT

It is in great sadness that we as a Brotherhood post the 30th Line Of Duty Death in 2012 from the United States Fire Administration. Fellow Brother Firefighter & First Lieutenant Marshall Sanford has made the ultimate sacrifice in love for their fellow man. Our sincerest condolences go out to his family and members of the Huntley Fire Protection District.

It's been awhile since there was a need to post a Brothers'/Sisters' passing while on a job. These things we don't like to read let alone I don't like posting. Now there are several and it's time we once again ponder why so many?
