You fixed it on your profile, and that will work for every post you make here. We ask for full name usage, not to discriminate or make people feel uncomfortable, but to do just the opposite. By keeping things open like this, a more honest discussion happens, and it keeps flaming and other types of inappropriate posts to a minimum. For the most part, the membership in general does a good job policing their own ranks. We have an extremely proessional and knowledgeable group of firefighters here, from all parts of the world. Every day is a learning day here, and I am sure you will enjoy it.
