Warren is available on a daily basis to work with clients and assess the fire service management needs and training needed for each individual firefighter. Warren’s role in the fire service arena is really that of a staff developer, instructor, trouble shooter and coordinating specialist in that if your department is in need of information or any type of fire protection management or training, he can provide it or find the appropriate person to bring you the expertise that meets your specific needs. Bio:
Warren started his fire service career in 1969 on a paid-on-call fire department in Willmar, MN USA and has 39 years of experience in all aspects of the fire service working with volunteer and career fire departments, including fire administration, suppression, prevention and training at the local, state and national levels. Operational experience in rural and urban (FDNY) environments. Command experiences with fire suppression and educational situations.

Personnel Life:
Wife Jan Lee Jorgenson is a 23 year veteran of the volunteer fire service now retired. Suppression Attack Crew/Fire Motor Operator/State Fire Instructor. Four children and four grandchildren. We love the fire service, motor cycling, hunting, fishing, scuba diving and exploring in Baja, Mexico.
