Bio:
I have a degree in Technical Writing and the course hours for a MS degree in Human Resources Development. After 10 years in the computer support and training industry, I became a firefighter. Soon afterwards, I started teaching basic fire skills. I have been teaching in the fire industry for about 8 years. I have developed training material since 1986 and have developed data bases to track calls and other records for my department. I am currently the Training Officer and also hold the rank of Corporal.
