Expert is a strong word!! I do a lot of study in Fire, Haz - Mat,WMD & BLS. I guess I can hold my own but with the Fire Service ever changing is there really such a thing as an expert?
Bio:
Robert E. "Bobby" Shelton is a 17 year veteran of the fire service serving the last 14 yrs. with the Cincinnati Fire Department. Most of his career has been spent on Truck Cos. with the CFD and now he is currently assigned to Squad 14 (52) 1 of the 2 Heavy Rescue/ Haz -Mat Companies of the C.F.D. Firefighter Shelton is a member of the Hamilton County OH. USAR Task Force, the Curriculum Development Coordinator for Cincinnati State Technical and Community Colleges' Center for Haz-Mat,Rescue,and Safety as well as a Master Instructor for the International Association of Firefighters in Haz-Mat, WMD, & Technical Rescue. Mr. Shelton has been a Fire Engineering contributor to the Roundtable and for the past 5 years a classroom presenter at FDIC Indianapolis.
