Documented bail-out device uses

I was curious if anyone knew of any websites or resources with documented uses of bail-out devices on the fireground?  Several of my fellow firefighters and myself are trainers for our department's bail-out device program, and the question has been raised as to how many actual bail-outs with our certain device have happened around the country.  Any thoughts?  Thanks!See More
