Fires & runs with a "Close Call" where we coulda, shoulda, woulda-or, it was simply not avoidable. Short and sweet: what happened, what we learned, would do different...or...sometimes this sh!t just happens. A place to pass it on for others to learn.
This group will focus on aggressive interior firefighting. We will address tactics that increase your chance of not getting jammed up and cover what actions to undertake if you do.We will cover some big issues as well as small tactical tips.
This Group will be discussing the use of Class "A" Foam as well as CAFS.
We spend a lot of time at the firehouse. We train there, we sleep there, and we eat there. Because of that, there are many incredible firehouse cooks out there. Share your recipes with us. This is also a place to discuss nutrition in the firehouse.
Tools that you carry in your pockets, on your rigs, have fabricated or modified. All ideas are welcome, Truck, Engine, Rescue..... Show us!
