Mark authored The Ten Command-ments of Intelligent and Safe Fireground Operations, the Fire Station Pyramid of Success, and has been a regular contributor to Firehouse, FireRescue, and the FDSOA Health & Safety Newsletter. Mark developed the FCA-152 Building Construction curriculum for Washington State Community Colleges. Mark serves as Battalion Chief with Woodinville Fire & Life Safety District in King County, WA. BC Emery has delivered strategic-level training for numerous fire departments throughout North America, including Phoenix, Toronto, Anchorage, and Las Vegas, as well as at FDIC, Firehouse World, Firehouse Expo, and at State and Provincial conferences.
