Guys,Im writing a paper for a college class and i need a bit of research help.Im looking for instances where firefighters were hurt of killed because of a communication failure.I have some of the ones i know about like Charleston Sofa Super Store fire and Hackensack, New Jersey.I know that the miscommunication didnt lead to these firefighters deaths but i do understand that there was a communication error at both places.Im also looking for documented instances where a mayday worked like its…See More
