I am very glad you have joined however I must ask that you post your last name befor you continue using the site. I am asking everyone to do the same. We are trying something a little different here: To ensure we have the best communication possible, we are asking that you use your full name if you wish to participate. By eliminating anonymous posts we hope to elevate the discussion and maintain a sense of open and honest sharing.
