We are a small dept. with only 12 members. In the past we have not had much in the line of training, therefore losing the young members. I would like any recommendations on keeping training and participation a top priority.
Professional Qualifications:
First Responder, CPR Instructor, several NIMS certifications, and Landing Zone certified.
