Bio:

In 1987 I began my journey into the fire service by becoming a volunteer firefighter. Since that time I have striven to provide the best service I can to those communities that I serve. In 1991 I began working with the Nice Fire and Rescue Department in northern California and served there as a Captain/Paramedic until 2005. During that time I also served as a volunteer Assistant Chief with Pillsbury Fire Protection District and as a part time employee of Lucerne Fire Department and the Upper Lake Fire Protection District. From 1996 on I served as the training officer for both Nice and Pillsbury and formed the Northshore Training Officers Association that standardized training for 4 departments that routinley provided automatic aid. After leaving in 2005 and moving to Idaho I now serve as the Assistant Chief / Trianing Officer for a small all volunteer organization.
