POC Recruitment and Retention, Lack of sense of pride and ownership impart since we are a young department (circa 1970). But we are working on them.
Professional Qualifications:
WI and IFSAC FF II, Pump and Aerial Operator, Inspector I, and 4 years on the job as a POC member. I'm not new, but I have plenty still to learn.
Areas of expertise:
Not a thing. And as far as the future goes I don't see myself saying yes to this one, but I do know a few things, but still not enough.
