This is the group dedicated to the glue that holds "Pride and Ownership" together - tradition! We'll be talking about historic fires, important dates in fire history, and why we do things the way we do. .
Fires & runs with a "Close Call" where we coulda, shoulda, woulda-or, it was simply not avoidable. Short and sweet: what happened, what we learned, would do different...or...sometimes this sh!t just happens. A place to pass it on for others to learn.

- POC Recruitment and Retention, Lack of sense of pride and ownership impart since we are a young department (circa 1970). But we are working on them.
- Professional Qualifications:
- WI and IFSAC FF II, Pump and Aerial Operator, Inspector I, and 4 years on the job as a POC member. I'm not new, but I have plenty still to learn.

- Not a thing. And as far as the future goes I don't see myself saying yes to this one, but I do know a few things, but still not enough.
