Bio:
Brad Pinsky is an attorney, firefighter, EMT in New York State. He is a Captain in his combination fire department in Onondaga Couny, N.Y. As an attorney, he represents over 200 fire departments, fire districts and ambulance services throughout the state. He has authored the "Fire Department Law & Management Resource Manual". He will be sitting on the attorneys' panel at FDIC 2008. He is a frequent lecturer throughout the state and nation.

Hello Brad,

As a Volunteer who has suffered the rath of personal politics in the fire service, I welcome you and your group for the many who have suffered the same way and have no where to turn. Most of us just live with what has happened to us because we love the job or can,t afford an attorney. The sad part is that those who inflict the pain know this too!! Good luck with your Group !!!
