Taken December 5, 1940 at the late Palumbo's Restaurant at 8th & Catharine, Philly.
My grandfather, Al Barr is in there.
He fought for Philadelphia and the Phila Fire Department from 1940-1973.
His fight, his brothers', fights fought in the '40s, '50s, '60s and '70s, days long left and long longed, honored here:
