08/13 ~ At 06:24 Littleton Fire Communications received multiple reports of a structure fire in the 6200 block of South Santa Fe. First due Engine 11 found flames and smoke showing from the Delta Side of the structure with occupants still evacuating. Engine & Medic 11 advanced an attack line and began a positive pressure attack. As additional companies arrived a water supply was established and a back up line was pulled. The main body of fire in the first floor was quickly knocked, crews on the second floor opened the walls and found extension traveling to the attic. All searches proved negative in the single family turned 4 unit apartment. The fire was under control within 20 minutes, no injuries were reported but one occupant was evaluated for smoke inhalation.
