Bio:: Lt. Strickland has been involved with the fire service since 1999 where he volunteered with the community where he was a minister. Since 2006 he has been a career firefighter with the City of Decatur. In 2009 he was promoted to the position of Driver/Engineer and promoted again to Lieutenant in 2013.
