Hey Ron ,
Good luck with your new group ! As a firefighter in Jersey I have found what effects the South will effect the North,, East and West. Here in NJ we are State mandated as far as NJ certified FF-1 training, yearly refreshers and comming soon to be mandated CEU's . I believe this will finally get rid of the couch potatos and bring more knowledge to the front line firefighter as well as the officers ranks.
